Case study
How the product was shaped.
Problem
The product needed to feel personal.
Most language-learning tools feel generic and disconnected from how people actually speak or write. Nativo explores a more personal learning loop built around the learner's own input and goals.
Approach
The work stayed close to real product flows.
I am designing, building and operating the product end to end, covering the learner experience, product design, web and mobile clients, backend services, payments, deployment and day-to-day production readiness.
Result
The outcome is a working product, not a concept.
Nativo is now a working web and iOS product with real learner workflows, paid-plan foundations, production deployment and enough operational structure to keep iterating toward a commercial launch.
Decisions and trade-offs
- Kept the public product simple while hiding implementation complexity behind stable product flows.
- Balanced mobile convenience with a richer web experience so learners can use the product in the context that fits them.
- Designed the system with payments, account management, usage limits and operational safety in mind from the start.
- Kept the implementation modular enough to evolve the learning experience without exposing the product's core mechanics.
